I'm not sure this movie should get made.

Seth Rogen as Green Hornet? Michel Gondry directing? Nicolas Cage as the villain?

I'm envisioning the worst of all worlds: Observe & Report meets Be Kind Rewind meets Bangkok Dangerous.

And no one of my generation and younger even remembers the Green Hornet. I'm only vaguely aware of it because GH & Kato showed up on some of the old 1960's Batman reruns when I was a kid.
